This LYNwave MLX20M-122AA2-A is an integrated antenna & thermal solution for 2.4/5GHz dual band WiFi antenna with a heatsink, delivering high performance and efficiency for global frequency, including 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 5.8GHz.

 

A thermal turn-key solution is one of our exceptional strengths. Comparing to the common antenna/thermal design, LYNwave designs the new antenna/thermal solution by integrating antennas and heat sinks, combining thermal and antenna solutions to increate product operational efficiency and product value. This integrated solution has the advantage as follows to enhance its telecommunication feature: capacity optimized, radiation coverage improved, antenna performance increased, reliability on the production stage increased. It also has signal interference reduced, R&D processing reduced, operational cost reduced.

 

Take this MLX20M-122AA2-A for an example, the thermal plate can be the ground of the antenna, which can optimize the capacity. There is a heat sink plate fin underneath, and several thermal pads which are used to fill gaps (e.g. air gaps) caused by imperfectly flat or smooth surfaces which should be in thermal contact. With this new design of combining antenna & thermal solutions, LYNwave can make sure any of our designs will be meeting your requirements for the application.
