Each production line runs with a team of 20 dedicated operators, supported by a well-structured engineering and quality assurance organization. This isn't a lean skeleton crew — it's a full team with the depth to maintain consistent output and respond quickly when specs change.
The engineering and quality assurance teams are embedded into every line, running inspection checkpoints at incoming materials, in-process stages, and final shipment. Issues are caught and resolved on the floor, not discovered by the customer.
