LYNwave is strong on using simulation software such as SIMULIA CST to design optimized antennas to meet your needs. With this analysis technology, we can evaluate antenna specifications like S11, S21, gain, efficiency and radiation pattern, to maximize antenna performance and make some suggestions for you.
While the antenna performance is evaluated beforehand, LYNwave is also excel at verification using testing equipment such as ETS and OTA SATIMO chamber systems and other throughput testing chambers. We will make sure all your expectations are meet before mass production, and solve the issues during all of the antenna tests.
The basic customized antenna design process is shown below.
First we will review your requirements and define the most suitable antenna specification.
While receiving your 3D drawing and PCB layout, we will then provide our antenna designs and simulation reports to show you that we will maximize antenna performance according to your needs.
After receiving your PCBA and mock-up housing, our next step will be verification and validation.
During this step, we will go through several tests to make sure everything will be ready for mass production, which will be the last step of our customized design process.
