This planar inverted-F antenna is a metal-mounted embedded antenna with high efficiency and quick integration for 2.4GHz frequency band, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It has a peak gain of 2.81dBi at 2.4GHz, and with the shield that we design, ALX18M-052AA2 is relatively cheaper than buying the shield and the antenna required separately.
2.4GHz offers coverage for farther distances. There are several uses of the 2.4GHz band in your home, such as cordless telephones, microwave oven and AV devices, including baby monitors, garage doors and video senders.
